A  Promise

                            “ A promise must ever be broken.”

What this means is that when you promise someone a certain something you must always hold your word and never back away from it no matter the cost cause you made a certain vow to never reveal the secret so that’s why a promise must never ever be broken and if it is that mean you broke some one trust and believe in you that why you always have to keep a promise so in my point of view i believe that’s what this quote means and that why it should always be followed no matter what it part of ctr.
