What this means is that it’s good when someone is nice enough to be honest at a bad moment because not everyone is nice enough to do it most people would just take advantage of the bad moment but what this quote is saying is that it takes a really kind  person to do the correct thing and the correct moment to help others who really need it sometimes that what this quote means but many may state that theirs other meanings to this quote but in my eyes this is the only true meaning their is for this quote.
